I'll agree that the law is the law.with the provision that laws are faulty and they were made by humans and they are not always upheld by the lawmakers. That for every bad reason for not following the law there is a good reason for not following a particular law.I'll agree that some laws were made to protect the rights of some individuals and not others. And I'll agree if you have enough money you can get around most of the laws in affect.

The difference is quite simple. One, the legal immigrant, is just that, here legally. They have gone through all the steps, the background check, health exams, the paperwork, etc., and have legally entered this country.
The illegal alien on the other hand, has decided that they are above the law and that it doesn't apply to them. They come here illegally, use fake or stolen ID, SS#s, and more. Then they turn around and will try to feebly justify why they should be entitled to come here and break the law. Whenever anyone stands up against their willingly and deliberately breaking the law and demands that our laws be upheld and enforced, they immediately go into this scream racist mode, as well as bring in so many other things to cloud and confuse what they real matter is, their breaking the law to be here.

Yes. But the reason the line is blurred is that people here legally are aiding the people here illegally. Not all people, just the people causing the trouble. They are rewriting history and practicing nepotism to the point of being racist frauds. They are approving applications for IDs, welfare, jobs, etc for newcomers, and discriminating against working class Americans. Anyone who doesn't think this is happening is just leading a sheltered life. The people at the bottom have known this for alot longer than it has been in the news. It is only in the news because it is now affecting politics and people with more money.

I agree 100 percent with you. That said, our rural areas are being overran with illegal hispanics. You can hide behind tolerance all you want, but the reality is that Mexicans make up an overwhelming majority of the illegals in this country. I have 5 Mexicans that work for me and do a WONDERFUL job. They work hard and they are legal. They don't get into trouble with the law. The illegals should be shipped back IMMEDIATELY. If you want to come to this country, you should do it legally. End of story. To become a citizen, you should at VERY least SPEAK THE LANGUAGE!!

Illegal and legal is the same:both come for a better life like your ancestors. The difference is, when they came, they got citizenship right away. Now illegals work for years, many pay taxes, and still no citizenship.
Also, imagine 2 people:one has a winning lottery ticket and gets a Green Card. He has no education, doesn't speak English, it will take longer to integrate him into US society(my friend). The other one DOESN'T win the GC lottery, but speaks excellent English, has been working and paying taxes for years in the US and has a university degree(me).
It's completely unfair. The legals are no better than the illegals, they were given a chance, the illegals were not.
The Green Card lottery is a mockery of human dignity :the uneducated are put in front of the educated!

Hence the term, "Illegal immigrant". Once you step away from all of the emotionally charged rhetoric, it all boils down to the following: Either you are a citizen, by birth or law, or you are a foreign national. If you are a foreign national, then you are either here legally, or you are here illegally. If you are here illegally, then you are an illegal immigrant. It doesn't mean you are any less of a human being, or that you are necessarily an evil person, but it does mean that every moment you are in the US under those circumstances, you are breaking the law.

I agree with you. We should accept all immigrants despite race , color, or creed. However there are laws in place that establish the criteria for legal immigration. Once these laws are broken should they be ignored. Remember, As Jefferson said "This is a country of law, not of men". Think about it.

some laws are impossible to enforce. like this one. how would we round up all the illegal immigrants? how would we stop every single home owner from giving some stranger $20 to mow his lawn?
in championing the rule of law, take care you don't champion laws you can't defend or enforce. that just degrades the notion of law itself. think about why this is an issue, are we in mortal danger from the mexican border?
why does anything need to be done at a national level? what exactly is the problem we're aiming to fix? freaking out about issues is easy, addressing them seems to be impossible.
laws are intended to serve men, not vice versa.

No. criminal immigrants are completely welcome IMO. unlawful immigrants are literally not. See, we've roads, colleges, police secure practices, militia secure practices, communications infrastructure, authorities qc over food and medicines to ascertain products are secure, fireplace departments, emergency reaction contraptions, search for and rescue contraptions, scholar loans, and extra. each thing comes from someplace -- the authorities isn't a god who pulls those issues out of nowhere. those type of issues are paid for with taxes. unlawful immigrants both artwork less than-the-table jobs or use faux papers to get artwork - in which case their faux SSNs do not get tracked. In both case they don't look to be paying finished taxes, yet are nevertheless using each of the authorities amenities we pay for. making use of a few thing without procuring it or permission is called robbery. unlawful immigrants are thieves. anybody who must be a area of society and make a contribution to society should be welcome.

There is a difference but because of US interference with Central and South America and because of the corrupt embassies this is still a race issue. And who make the laws? men.
