Would terrorism exist without religion?
Has your religion ever conspired against minority groups?
Has it burned scientists at the stake claiming they were witches?

I see the need for my Church to return to its traditions. Actually that is very slowly happening. Jesus said, "I come not to bring peace, but to bring the sword." As long as there are unbelievers there will be the existance of the 7 capitol sins. On the other hand, Know Jesus, Know Peace. No Jesus, No Peace. The only peace we can hope for in this life is the peace of our own soul: that we are doing what is right according to our conscience. That what we are doing does not harm to our neighbor. That we serve our neighbor as we serve ourselves

The only thing i find lacking in my faith is sufficient exposure to persons willing to argue out various things theologically or philosophically.

I feel that the absence of this makes many believe without achieving something greater - understanding - even the understanding that there are some things we cannot understand.

I think you have to separate true religion from false religion. True religion is about loving others. Look at the behavior or the church.

Well, i really don't like when a religion forces you to do what they ask you to do, like really follow their rules and what they're saying is always correct. for example, it's wrong to wear earrings or something like that. sometimes i feel it's ok but sometimes i don't feel ok about it. it's totally frustrating. And I don't really like when people at church discriminate other people, actually when they criticize other people. That's what bothers me the most.
