You had better be certain they are illegal because you can get arrested for filing falsely. If you are certain they are illegally here, I would reach out to INS. (URL: http://immigration.gov/ )

Your problem is not with the Hispanic people. Your problem is with the scum-sucking penny-pinching company that fired your husband without grounds.
Step 1: Call the State Labor Board. Look in the phone book in the government section (usually the blue pages). Call and ask who you need to speak with to file a complaint about unfair hiring practices.
Step 2. Call your State Attorney General. Ask who you need to speak with to report this company's practice purposefully hiring illegal workers.
Step 3. Call an attorney. If you husband was fired without cause, then you have the grounds for a lawsuit (depending on what state you live in.) You should be able to find an attorney who will take your case for a portion of the monies recovered in the lawsuit, which means you will have no attorney fees up front.
Keep in mind, if you truly want to pursue this, you may be limiting your husband's employment options in the future. Very few people will be willing to hire someone if they are afraid they are going to sue them.

Call the minutemen. Join the National Guard and go to the border. Get job at INS or border patrol. I am being 100% serious too. Call anyone you can and lets get these SOB's out of this country!!!!! Legal is ok, but when they come over here rolling into OUR country ILLEGALLY, They have got to go!!!! They are the same as terrorists IMO. How do we know some of these people aren't Al Queda or something? It will be just as easy for terrorists to hop on over the border from Mexico!!!

You would contact either the Border Patrol if you're living in a state along the border, or probably the better choice would be the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The number is 1-866-347-2423. For more information visit http://www.ice.gov

Depends on where you live. First call is to the I.N.S. I believe they are now a division of Homeland Security. If you lived in Maricopa country in Arizona you could call Sheriff Joe, he is arresting illegal aliens, about the only man in the country who actually enforces the law. It is not a crappy thing as others have said to enforce the laws of this country. It isn't racist either, some people just don't get it.

Officially this is being done by ICE (see http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/shared/howdoi/illegal.htm) website. But, while ICE does some good, usually they won't come out for a small potatoes kind of arrest. I found a site that has been featured on Lou Dobbs Tonight--which I consider a good source as he is very supportive of closing borders etc. Check all the pages out on the site, there's a report form on one of the pages. The site is http://www.reportillegals.com/faq.html Report Illegals.com. Good Luck!

get over it and get on with it. Think of where these people are coming from and at least they are working so I think its just something you must try to get on with. Now finding a cure for cancer or ridding the world of all nuclear arms there's a thing
And if your husband got fired solely for earning too much money surely he has a case for court

I would contact the immigration office and the Better Business Bureau in the area. I hope you have some solid proof because you could be up on charges for filing a "false" claim.

I'm sure your husband can find another job, being that he is a citizen and all.He should have other skills to fall back on. You should sue the company that fired him (probably fired for no reason) that is just wrong.

Is your husband willing to work for what other people are working for? Or does he want to get paid far more for the same work? Are you sure that the immigrants are illegal (or Mexican, for that matter)?
