Another Scripture says "Search ye the Scriptures, for in them ye THINK ye have eternal life." Meaning (in my humble opinion) that if we keep our nose in the Book when we look for help in solving our problems, our THINKING becomes geared more toward making it to Heaven each day....As for faith, the Scripture teaches that "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the EVIDENCE of things not seen." and "You MUST be born again of the water and of the Spirit." So without faith, following God's salvation plan, and prayer and supplication to God, we're all doomed to eternal damnation.

Yes, but not this personality if that's what you're asking.
I believe being "born again" refers to the state of the "twice-born" that exists in some other faiths, notably Hindu. "Twice-born" refers to those who've been initiated into a faith after having been born a human. The "twice-born" are, therefore, "born again" as John says -- and I don't believe he was being exclusionary. As for those who aren't "born again" or "twice-born" into a faith in their lifetimes, I believe the Catholic religion has a place for them -- little kids who die before being Christened, for example, and others -- that they call limbo. I think if you look around and are open enough you'll find there's a place for everyone under the sun.

"Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high" (Luke 24:46-49).
"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth" (Acts 1:8).
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost" (Acts 2:38).
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12)
"As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed" (Galatians 1:9).
"And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone" (Ephesians 2:20).
"As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine" (I Timothy 1:3).
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (II Timothy 3:16).

I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
As far as the other faiths go, as long as they accept Jesus as their Savior that is all that matters.
