No carb diet will take it off quickly, but I guarantee you as soon as you go back on carbs, it will all come back. Why not just eat sensibly on a permanent basis? The no carb diet is terrible for your heart and cholesterol.

your lower back should never hurt so you've probably overdone it. take a rest from exercise until its not sore any more. if you wish, go for a short sharp walk and then stretch your quads by grabbing your ankle up behind your bum . this will help release the lactic acid build up in your legs. take it slower from now on. never do weights two days in a row . when fit you can do cardio two days in a row but 3 times a week is plenty

no carb diet is bad, u need cars for energy if you dont eat them you stomache will disolve itself hence bad breath, just eat a balance diet, exercise. if your female no more than 1,500 calories or 2000 if your male, thats the best way and stay away from high fat too

EAT BEFORE YOU GO TO THE GYM ,BUT WAIT AWILE AFETR EATING ,THEN GO TO THE GYM WORK OUT GO ON THE TRIDMILL FOR ATLEAST 40 MIN IF YOU CAN,AND WHEN YOU GO HOME DONT EAT!! UNLES DIET FOOD LITTLE PORTIONS OKAY!!!CAUSE IF UR WORKING OUT ,THEN YOU GO HOME AND EAT ALOT ''WHAT GOOD IS THAT GONNA DO???'''

THIS IS FOR SURE NO BREAD,RICE OR POTATOES
I LOST WEIGHT THIS WAY VERY FAST.WHEN YOU HAVE TO HAVE ONE OF THESE ITEMS ONLY A SMALL AMT.
GOOD LUCK
