my one year older brother and i had a lot of competitive problems as kids. after some psychological work i realized that we had been raised to be hostile instead of friendly to each other by our extremely STUPID and unhappy parents! our parents, not us, set up the war between us 3 kids. our parents and not us created and cultivated the unfriendly, unhappy, FRIGHTENING, fight-fight-fight atmosphere in our home which was the cause of all our sybling wars and hatred that got very dangerous and brutal when my MORONIC parents were away from the house. it took a lot of remembering and study to reveal the truth about our upbringing by those two utter failures who insisted to their death that they 'did the best they could' with us kids. BULL S*IT!! they were horrible parents and absolute LIARS to the bitter end. i'm glad i remembered and discovered that our sybling wars were THEIR FAULT and not us kid's fault. it kills me now to think that we could have all been raised as loving friends instead of the unhappy combatants that we were and in some ways still are to this day.
maybe you and your brother could find some way to restore the love and friendship that might have once been there or work on getting on good terms with each other soon's possible. think about how it could be if you both LIKED, TRUSTED, ENJOYED and encouraged each other rather than what you've probably been raised with - HOSTILITY! i bet it would blow your parent's minds if you both began to be friendly instead of UNFRIENDLY as they've programmed you both to be!
good luck

There's really not a whole lot that you can do to get rid of your annoying brother because he's going to be your brother and brothers can rile you up so let get to you too often because,if it gets to be too much to handle, just pray that you end up killing your brother.

You can't - learn to live with and deal with it. Stand up for yourself - firmly deny his lies, sooner or later, your parents WILL see what is going on.
I used to tell my boys (2 yrs apart) that someday they would be best friends - I don't need to tell you their response, but guess what -- now that they are grown, they are!!

You can sell him to a group of traveling nomads and tell your father that he was eaten by a lion.
