Sometimes i have sum problems, with friends, family and i just need sum good ways to get anger out.

Sex. Sex releases endorphins which a make you happy. Anything that makes you happy releases anger. Or get into boxing and take it out on your opponent!

It is really important to work those feelings out. BUT: don't think for one second that punching an imaginary head or imagining injuring others will help.

Imagine: You spend an hour punching a bag, imagining it is XSFERu. A month later, XSFERu shows up in your dorm. You are going to want to hurt him really badly, and you will be stressed, sleepless, and eventually you will make a really fecking bad decision.

Either: XSFERu. will be found innocent and winding up shagging your gal/guy, or you will get expelled over the whole mess (and my bets are down already).

Y'know what?

See a counsellor. Don't picture people, it just makes more violence.

physical activity is an excellant way to release anger and or reduce stress. hit a heavy bag, go for a long walk, lift weights, take an aerobic class. all of these will help you focus on other things rather than what you are angry about.

I listen to rock music and go for a run around a track to release my anger. It helps sometimes if you yell along with the music it helps me feel better. Do what works best for you though.

The only way I can think of for you to get your anger out is to go do things that you like to do,for example: go to the movies,to the mall,go to the gym,run, or what ever you need to do to get your mind off of things for a while.

One of the best ways is to take a long, brisk walk. This will release enzymes in ur body and your anger will subside to a lower degree.

Write a letter to the persons who you are angry with and do not hold anything back, just give it your all. Fold the letter up, put into a envelope, DO NOT seal it, put it somewhere, leave it there for an hour, go back to the letter and read it. You might amaze yourself.

Get counseling for anger management and a punching bag. That ought to do it.

Buy a punching bag and tape a picture of the person you are mad at on the punching bag and punch it.
