Does thinking intrigue me? I agree with the others.. it depends what im thinking about. Do I avoid thinking? Sometimes. To acheive a peacfull mind, sometimes you have to stop the incessant chatter in your head.

serious thinking is useful as it exercises your brain
but you should not think seriously always...that is stressful and bad for health
