I'm thinking I need to get a "home-gym" set-up and was wondering if anybody out there could truthfully tell me anything I needed to know before I bought one. My space is limited so larger Ex. Systems would not be possible.
--THANKS--

yes! the total gym is absolutely amazing... i have had mine for about 7 weeks and use it 3 times a week for about 30 mins at a time, i have lost 14 pound and 3 inches thus far, bear in mind though you will need to change your eating habits if you really want it to work... that was probably the hardest thing for me to do, but when you put the total gym and a great diet together...oh boy you will get results quick.

You really can do almost everything on the total gym that you would be able to do at a real gym, you can work every major muscle group using the total gym, i would highly recommend

My husband bought the Total Gym a few months ago when I requested a in home gym system. I told him I wanted the Bowflex and he said the Total Gym was just as good. I HATED it. The positioning for leg exercises is crazy and the clips to change the pulleys are small. I kept breaking a nail trying to change them. So, now the Total Gym is folded up in our exercise room and I got my bowfles. I also have the Gazzelle by Tony Little, it is small and works pretty good.

Hello,

My name is Hikaru and I'm the Home Gym Sensei. The Total Gym is a great home gym for people looking to tone up. It is very small and compact. Its only slightly larger than a typical workout bench and you don't need any extra weights!

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask them. You can post to my website or email me at http:homegymsensei.com

I have had 3..I like them around for when I get a rugby injury..they work great for getting an injured part back to handle heavy loads..

only thing is..if a pulley or cable (most common) breaks, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get another..the company doesn't sell replacement parts.

Mine last for about 2-3 years..but I don't use them daily..or even weekly sometimes
