Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

If he keeps eating and eating with no exercise, it's obvious of what's going to happen he's going to gain more weight. What he really needs to do is eat healthy, have less than 2,000 calories a day, and exercise for like 30 minutes a day; whether it's walking or dancing, just so he moves around for 30 minutes.

But if he doesn't exercise, he's not going to lose weight and this is coming from a person that knows.

If he doesn't want to exercise tell him to cut his food portions down use a smaller plate for dinner eat five SMALL meals a day for example

Breakfast. A bowl of Porridge OR Scrambled eggs on whole meal toast

Snack. Apple or grapes

Lunch. Baked potato with healthy filling

Snack. nuts or something

Dinner. Salad or chicken and rice

You don't need to cut out any food its all about moderation and how you eat i used to be 15 stone i didn't want to exercise because i felt everyone was looking at me maybe he feels the same but by eating sensible i went down to 12 stone 4 pounds and felt good about my self now i exercise because i want to so maybe when you friend sheds some weight he will want to exercise. Best of luck

I'm afraid that only a good diet can help him loose weight, but he absolutly (you hear? ABSOLUTLY) HAS to work out. If he does not work out -- and you say he's fat -- he's at risk for heart problems, high cholestral, and type 2 diabetes.

This is the behavior that leads people to obesity. I suggest hiring a nutritionist and maybe a personal trainer. I know, I know, he doesn't want to exercixe, but if you give him a reward of somesort - maybe a trip or take him to a HEALTHY resturant.

And diets: I'm vegan, and I suggest the diet. However, he has to watch for protien and calcium, or he can be malnurist or be possibly annemic.

Good luck!

Does he really wants to suffer to lose weight or does he thinks eating 'light' products will solve the problem? IF his attitude is last forget it, there's no cure when no pain. Get rid of your friend and find a new one with a better attitude.
Otherwise stick to healthy natural products, plus do not eat that much. 3 meals a day is enough. Forget the milkshakes, soda's etc. Sparkling water is all you need.

Encourage him by doing activities like going swimming, take walks with him and make sure he eats right like tell him that the fries will be a lot healthier without the ketchup or lets go to Wendy's and get a bake potato instead of fries. If that don't work your going to have to give him a ultimatum of loose the weight or get dumped. Otherwise love him for all he is .......FAT

If he wanted to really lose weight than he wouldn't be refusing to exercise and he would be watching what he eats. It really doesn't sound like he is ready to make that commitment yet. You can really do is suggest exercise and a healthy eating style. You can offer to exercise with him.

Excercise can suck, but there are so many different things out there to do. Try to help him find something that he enjoys doing. You dont have to be lifting or running to excercise, just move your body. As far as food, if youre eating the right food its can help with the weight loss. I realize it doesnt help to suggest he eat a bowl of broccoli instead of a bacon cheeseburger, but alot of healthy food can be made to taste great and vice versa, especially if you make it yourself. Mabye you could help him find and make some healthy recipes. It's great that you want to help him with this, it can be a very difficult situation.

It is easier to cut back on food than increase caloric output via exercise. So focus on the food. Keep it out of his sight as much as possible and do not have much available in the house. Sometimes very small amounts of sweets between meals will help cut down on cravings.

A Life style change, but only he can make that choice, other wise he is looking at possibly not living very long. he could do surgery, but that wont help anything if he is not willing to change inside. Something is bugging this person that would make them eat.i know i over eat when i am stressed. and Yes i dont want to work out. HE has to make the choice, u cant force him to change.
