only the strongest survive, but our society places emphasis on mental strength.
also, dumb people can't defend themselves in a battle of wits. it's like carpet bombing.

based on your question, I believe you have an above average IQ. Your question is well-constructed, contains no spelling errors, grammatically correct, and conveys a coherent meaning.
But to answer your question, it is never acceptable to make fun of anyone with a low IQ. Even if somebody does have a low IQ, so what? That person could have lots of other strengths: athleticism, compassion, tenderness, beauty, talent, etc. etc.
I never engage in the activity you are describing. If someone does this to you or people you care about, get away from them. They are losers who are insecure and have no self-esteem.

It's only acceptable to make fun of Americans (no need to mention the low IQ we took it as given) when you do it in such a manner that they don't understand they are having the mickey taken out of them.
A good example of this would be the election that Bush "won" by having his brother disbar black people in Florida and then faking the result to show he had more votes because even without the votes of the black folks, nobody else wanted him anyway - except the dead apparently.

Intelligence or IQ is not the prerequisite for determining the quality of your persona, there are hidden talents in all of us. Some are more gifted than others, What makes You unique is in other aspects that are not visible for all to see: the innate qualities yet to be uncovered..You can find that out and exploit it to Your advantage..A low IQ is not what makes you, it is the life in You that count..which is waiting to soar. Lead a life of happiness. don't be distracted by mere comments.

its always been that way, people with a lower IQ gets teased but I don't think it is acceptable. Maybe you aren't dumb just have low self confidence cause looking at your question there was no spelling mistakes

Its not aqcceptable. People do it because it makes them feel better. Therefore, the lower the IQ generally means a nicer person.

Noone I know of with a large IQ makes fun of anyone. I think dumb people like to find someone they think is dumber so they can feel superior.

It is not acceptable. Intellegence is one thing, but real wisdom comes from they way you treat others. and what you do with your life. You don't strike me as have a low IQ, but maybe you should the drop 'Dumb American' ID, and find another one.

Its not, Its totally unacceptable. Just because someone has a higher IQ than you dosn't give them to right to look down on you or make fun.
