God gives everyone free will to either choose evil or good. To freely choose to follow Jesus or to follow satan. So if someone chose to follow satan, than it is not God who condemed themselves to hell, but they theyselves condemed themself there. Like it or not, God is always in control, He allows things to happen or he can prevent them. You are never in control. Only the Creator is.
John 3:16-17
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
only Gen 22:2
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

While we have free will, everything is for God's glory so he will execute his glory one way or another. In fact, these versus SUPPORT free will.
Proverbs 16:1 - I have thoughts, but the Lord has the right answers (some translations look more like this)
Proverbs 16:9 - I make decisions, but the Lord guides my path regardless of my decisions
Proverbs 21:1 - God can change people's hearts, so sometimes he exercises his ability to force his will.

No need for verses to back this up: If you take Jesus as your savior, he will guide your steps and direct you down the paths you should take. You exercised your "Free Will" by choosing to follow him.
The verses you picked were right. If someone chooses not to follow the Lord and exercise his free will accordingly, then the Lord will not direct his paths, yet he may use the life that person chose to maybe help someone else along the way, or fulfill his work in much the same way he used Pharoah in Egypt. Pharoah didn't follow God, used his free will to go against God, but God still used him.
Your will is your own, yes, but God can use you whether you want him to or not. Take care:)

Your antagonism to religion is transparent......I don't have to run to any other verse to prove anything, but what is wrong if I did?
Anyway,
the mind of man plans his way......let's suppose I want to become a surgeon, I study but can't get into medical school yet I have the chance (and some abilty / proficency) to learn computer programing. My heart wants medical school, but God has give me an opprotunity to learn programing. I can take the opprotunity or just get a job doing something else. I still have the choice to make!
It wasn't just blind luck that made Bill Gates the world's most successful college drop out.....the took advantage of opprotunities God gave him, yet he could have chosen not to!

In my humble opinion, my Higher Power as I understand him, gives me free will. I do my best each and every day to understand what his will is for me. Meanwhile I have turned my will and my life over to his care. The only thing that I can do is try to improve my personal contact with him through prayer and meditation in the hopes that I can understand what his will is for me so that my choices reflect that.

Even those who believe in free will choices, also believe God has a plan for all of us. There is a balance in life between determinism and destiny.

Man can have there own plans/thoughts but if they allow God to lead them he will.
That's what I get from it, or else God would lead everyone to him and then no one would be lost and he wouldn't have to come to save anyone.
But that's not case now is it!
