You can't....it's going to hurt. The best thing you can do for her is not to drag it out. Let her know what you need to do and why, and hold nothing back.

Give yourself a time and place where you can spend as much time as necessary with each other, so that by the end you will have effectively communicated that this is over, and you have made your decision.

Again, she's going to hurt. You cannot stop that. But you can equip her with the things she will need to move on. If you do it half-heartedly, you will only encourage her to keep hoping, and that's just cruel.

Why do you want to break up with a sweet girl? The best think to do is tell the truth it may hurt, but at least you not leading her on and wasting each other time. Time is precious, There is no time for the bull sh*t. Remember there is not time like the represent. Your should of, could of do them now, not later you do not want any regrets in your future.

Tell her the truth.... Sure, you'll both feel bad for different reasons, but remember, honesty is always the best policy, even though some people will be unhappy with the news. Good or bad.

say that you would really just rather have her as a friend because your not really feeling the girlfriend vibe from her. give her a hug and then tell her that you will call her next week to go bowling with a bunch of your other friends or something if she is up to it! make sure to stay friends though...keep your promise otherwise she may be traumatized for life!!!
good luck and be nice :)

Be honest with her, and explain that she did nothing wrong. Be willing to answer all of her questions, and open the door for friendship. If she chooses not be your friend, don't be offended.
