No, I've never drank an energy drink because most of them are full of sugar and carbs. I'm afraid of gaining weight and getting fat. I may have to start drinking them when I start school because I'm taking all Honors classes (2 Advanced Placement), working, and keeping up with my boyfriend (he'll be in Durham, which is about 3 hrs. away) and keeping up with my other friends...I'll need the energy.

Twice a day. My fave is SoBe Adrenaline Rush. Never heard of Speed Stack.
