If love is blind, how can we believe in love at first sight?good i agree with you for saying that,but talking about saying,your question has become only a sayings, it is simply because if talking about love it is more on heart not much on eyes,eyes might admire but heart decides to love and no other else.so again i agree with you but we don't forget it is just a sayings........

You're mis-interpreting the two sayings.
"Love is blind" means that when we are in love we often don't see faults, or things that the other person does that might not be the greatest. It means that other people pick up on things that we cannot or do not want to acknowledge about the person we are in love with.
"Love at first sight" means that we immediately know that this person is right for us; whether it is their looks or personality that we are attracted to.
I, myself, believe that love is most definitely blind. I however, do not believe in "love at first sight" but I do believe in "LUST at first sight".

That's a great question and play on words. Love is blind because you are not looking, not because you can't see! Sometimes you are too close to the situation with love that logic is not used. Love at first sight happens because your heart does not have eyes, it just feels.

love is blind sometimes and it takes more then once sometimes to see love, i'm pretty sure that no one believes in love at first sight but after the second or third maybe. but if you lose your heart to someone your blind to any other love some one may be throwing at you.

Those two phrases are totally different... even opposite.
The phrase "Love is blind" refers to the blocking out of all the bad qualities of the person you are in love with. When you first meet a person and fall in love you are infatuated and those euphoric feelings tend to block out all the bad stuff. You think that person is equal to a god.
"Love at first site" simply means that you are immediately and heavily drawn to a person just by taking once look at them. There is an immediate connection that is highly different from all your other interpersonal connections.

It's not really love at first sight. It's just an attraction. You see someone good looking and just find them attractive.

I think you fall in love first then you'll loose your sight as soon as you loose your heart to that person. I'm still looking for that one person.
