I've had my share of loser blind dates, but I don't knock them, and here's why.

Almost every one of my blind dates were disasters. I married the one that wasn't. ;)

I don't really remember the details of my worst blind date (long time ago) but even after all these years, I'm not sure how that young lady got home.

When I was 19 (I'm 28 now) I went out with a guy who was 27. He was really tall and of stocky build. He took me to a restaurant and when we got inside, nobody was there to seat us. He then started storming around the restaurant, screaming, "Is somebody going to f---ing seat us?!" Then when someone did come up, they took down his name for reservations - even though the place wasn't busy. He told them he was a doctor - he wasn't. I didn't order any food - I thought for sure the cooks would spit in it because of his behavior. I didn't go out with him again after that. He called me and asked if he was on the "waiting list" to see me. I said I was dating someone new and he slammed down the phone. For a 27 yr old - I thought he was entirely insincere and a jerk. I'm glad I've never seen him since.

blind date. I was 18 and the guy was supposed to be 24. He was described to me as being a rugged cowboy looking guy.. like the marboro man.

i had to pick him up because he didn't drive. he was in remission from cancer and hadn't earned his liscence back yet.

we were supposed to go dinner and a movie but when i walked through the door to his apartment it was filthy and he was dressed in jeans and a ratty sweatshirt. i told him my grandpa was sick so i couldn't go to the movie so i could make the date as short as possible. He was butt ugly and definatly not 24... try maybe 34.

he directed me to a resturant that was closed so we went to a different one. He ordered steak and sloshed it sound and ate like a cow. it was discusting!

i never called him again and refused to call him back. the co-worker that had set me up with him got a verbal assult the next day.

I took a woman to a resort, and the very instant I got there, she dumped me and went off with another guy who tagged along as a fifth wheel. This made ME the fifth wheel. And this was a guy who was obsessed with her, who had nothing in common with her, and who she said she wished would get over her and move on.
Traveling back home with her was uncomfortable, to say the least.

Yes!!! I am a white woman. I've never considered myself prejudice and don't care to be around anyone who is. They are shallow. Anyway, I went on a blind date and anticipated having fun. He was a gorgeous man. I was so excited! We went to dinner and there was a black couple sitting next to the table where the waiter was seating us. The man or non-man I should say threw a fit and loudly said he was not going to sit next to a n....... . I was humiliated and apologized to the lovely couple. They didn't care to hear my apology and I can't say that I blame them. It was horrible!!! I knew I didn't belong with him.

Went on a date with a Danny Bonnaduce look-alike and he took me to the movies, talked about his damn dog and how his ex girlfriend looked like a supermodel all night long and then had the audacity to expect sex in the car in the parking lot!!! and I had just met him!!! Needless to say, he went home to his dog with two; Nice, shiney, new, blue-balls. My gift to the dog!
