Yes. However, I have to have my cell phone on me at all times for emergencies. Having a great staff helps a lot, which I do.

Of course, but know that, as a manager, you may still be responsible for what happens when you are not there, so I would work very hard to make sure my staff is competent so you don't get calls or bad results.

Yes, of course. To have a day off and enjoy it though you will need to make sure your staff is well trained and competent.
