I just received a document from a shipping company, they want to chage me for something supposedly named " renomination " What is that?

As I know, renomination (if related to export-import) means vessel (ship) change.
So, the container is moved to other vessel which was not supposed to at the first place. It happens due to some problem with the vessel.

I suspect that the word is "renumeration," in which case, it refers to the money you owe them (or have paid them).

Are you sure it isn't remuneration? That means payment.
