Is he a finished champion? If so then special him and start winning BOBs and group placements. I assume he has his breed specific health clearances if he is being offered.
If he is not even finished, why would the ***** owners want to use yours instead of the many high quality finished studs available?
Are you aware that you will probably have an increase in male behaviors like marking after he is used? If this dog is your house pet, he will remain a much nicer pet if he is never used.
By the way, the ***** owners go looking for a stud, the stud owners don't go looking for the bitches.

Your canines desires to have a shown historic previous with operating titles or conformation titles or no respectable breeder will spend their money on your canines for stud even as they can spend the money on a canines that has been titled. you also opt to have well being assessments executed (hips, eyes, brucellosis, some ought to require a sperm viability prognosis) and be in a position to furnish copies of the outcomes. Papers do not advise squat. they are purely a start certificate that announces certain, my canines is unquestionably a purebred of this breed. it really isn't any indication of high quality or suitability for breeding. upload: In my journey stud value is %. of the clutter or the equivalent value of a educate means domestic dog, not a puppy high quality domestic dog. (or often times both) you should aspect in the cost of the sorting out after all. i in my opinion lend extra value to performance titles because those titles are literally not difficulty to the critiques and politics of conformation competition. If he wins a race, he wins a race and there is no disputing that. There can be a large version of what a decide's psychological image of a acceptable celebration of the breed conformation sensible in the right known.

Contact a fertility vet. They will recommend that you have your dog tested for any genetic abnormailities that may be passed along to the offspring, and they will help you get all of the certifications you need to make sure your dog is a good dog for stud purposes. They also maintain a database of stud males by breed, and they'll contact you when a good match female is in need of servicing. This is the most responsible way of breeding dogs. Has your dog championed in show? Most owners of a quality ***** will not pay stud fees if the male has no titles to speak for him.

First of I ask WHY? There are so many homeless dogs as is why add more? Second IF you are so stuck on doing this make sure your dog is healthy and there is a GREAT NEED for that breed! Is this breed POPULAR? OR is it one that people HATE?
Yes people do hate SOME BREEDS OF DOGS, and breeding them just because you feel your dog needs to breed is not a very good idea. Reasons to breed would be IF there was a low population of this breed and it was endangered as a breed, which is not likely the case. Do you have a MARKET to sell the pups too? Have you researched all you need to to know how difficult it is to breed and birth pups! I guess you just have a male and want him to breed and you are not worried about the pups and all of that.
Your question tells me that you do not have the knowledge that people need to have to breed. You probably do not even know if you need a breeders license. There are major health benefits for your male animal companion, too.
Besides preventing unwanted litters, neutering your male dog or cat—the surgical removal of the testicles—prevents testicular cancer, if done before six months of age.
YouR male dog won't need to roam away from home…
An intact male in search of a mate will do just about anything to get one! That includes digging his way under the fence and making like Houdini to escape from the house. And once he's free to roam, he risks injury in traffic and fights with other males.
…and he will be much better behaved to boot!
Neutered cats and dogs focus their attention on their human families. On the other hand, unneutered dogs and cats may mark their territory by spraying strong-smelling urine all over the house. Indoors, male dogs may embarrass you by mounting on furniture and human legs when stimulated. And FYI, a neutered dog protects his home and family just as well as unneutered dog--and many aggression problems can be avoided by early neutering.
