when they are around their friends they act like they dont know u but then when its just u 2 he acts like he really likes u and like ur the only one in his life

Depends on how old he is... And how old you are too, sometimes boys think that they need to pretend like they don't care about a girl because their friends don't have girlfriends, or whatever.
If he really likes you, he should want to let his friends know that. But boys are immature, and friends always want to find some way to embarass each other - I wouldn't worry too much about this, unless he's being a total JERK all the time, then you need to find someone that will treat you right.

It’s called respect.

Guys when they are younger act like macho dont give a damn guys around their friends because they r trying to be cool. Its apparently NOT cool for a guy to have feelings and GOD forbid if he were to SHOW those feelings in front of his friends- they would tease him forever! SOOOOO he does like you- dont dopubt that- he just needs to look cool and macho around his friends! Time will make all that change! This is new to him and he is winging it!

Cause they have to act tough in front of their friends to show they are in control and they have a huge *** ego that they need to get over but dint worry not all guys are like that just the immature ones.

I'm not a jerk, and I always get dumped. I considered becoming a jerk to see if I could keep a girl longer. But I decided I'd just rather spend my money on myself instead of girls and I'm having a much better time.

You may be chooing the wrong type of guys. If the guy does this all the time, look else where. If he does if only occationaly chalk it up to being a guy thing and talk to him about how it makes you feel.

yup, i know the feeling girl, you are NOT alone!!! and then you end up having a better time with his friends then with him when they are all together. i think it's all about the "tough image" thing around the guys....whatever guys are losers when they are young you have to let them mature or...you could always play a playa thats always fun...dont worry, tons of girls go through this and its frustrating, but it will pass...eventually! good luck and stay strong!!! :)
