A and D Ointment and a bandage...its good for drawing things out...or Draw out Salve. But sounds like you might need to let a doctor get it out.

If you aren't able to touch it to get it out, you have no choice but to go to the Dr. If you can't get an appointment today, go to the emergency room. Take some naproxin or alieve in the mean time it has pain reliever and an anti-inflammatory that should help with the swelling and pain.

Hate to tell you this but it's going to hurt to get it out. Somebody's got to pierce the skin with a sterile needle or knife and either fish around or squeeze. Similar to a lot of things, you got to go through the pain to get the pain to stop. A Dr. could inject a deadener.

if it is a poison thorn, try putting mud on it, kinda like you would for a bee sting. look at your foot thru a magnifyinh glass to see if you can see it and then pull it out with a tweezers.

Go to the doctor. He will numb it and then get it out for you. Or you can wait til it pusses up and tries to come out on its own, but I don't think you really don't want to do that.
