My friend got drunk and bought a travel trailer and a boat with a woman he knew he has since come to his senses and wants her name off both. Since both are on can he legally take her name off without too much difficulty or will this require a lawyer. She is a gold digger so she knew what she was doing when it was signed. They live in New Mexico he came to me for advice but I don't have the faintist idea what to tell him. He has been a friend of the family for years.

Unless she signs the paperwork, there is NO WAY to get her name off! Not even a lawyer can help you do this -- other than try to negotiate a deal with her.

Unless he can prove that she deliberately got him drunk without his realizing what was going on (Good luck with that! LOL!) or forced him to sign under duress, he has no recourse other than to buy out her interest.
