I can tell you that for the LHR-YVR portion that Air Canada will provide cheap fares.
For YVR-Chicago, look out at the Air Canada and United Airlines fares.

It sounds like a multi-city itinerary that you have in mind(I am Owner of a Travel Agency). Assuming this is the case, some basic yet important questions come to mind:
1-Date of departure?
2-Your Travel budget?
Those 2 questions will simplify your search for airfare between those cities. If you could kindly either call, email me at: indysteve1563@yahoo.com, or reach me through Yahoo Messenger with your proposed itinerary, we can see what airfare for your proposed date of departure is available that will fit within your Travel budget.
