I would love to help but don't have the time or the Spanish fluency.
The personal pronoun "I" is always capitalized.
You can say either "I need to practice my English" or "I need practice with my English". Both mean essentially the same. While you are looking up the spelling of practice ("practis") look up preposition.
The last piece, first of all, is not a question, unless you are wanting us to guess why the lines read the way they do. It needs a period at the end. The "I" in this shows a state of being (like the forms of ser), so it should be "I am from Mexico" or "I am a Mexican."
May I suggest rephrasing the expressions in our common English fashion? Something like "I am a Mexican and I need one person to help me practice my English." A "please" (por favor) might be a good addition. Now get your comparison dictionary out and see how the thought flow converts to Spanish and you will get the feel to the differences presented.
Sorry I can't spend time with you but good luck.
