You don't. The chemicals, like Nair, can cause chemical burns, so you don't want to use them on your four year old. Why not let her grow up and decide for herself?
You wouldn't shave your six year old's legs, would you?
No, you wait until they're ten or twelve, and do it themselves.

Sorry they are so judgemental. Most 4 years old don't have excess body hair. If they did I'm sure they would be treated differently and probably judged and laughed at by the many who are condemning you. If she has an amount that would cause her distress in her sweet young life I think I would look into laser hair removal. I have a cousin who is mentally handicap. She is 56 but has the mind of an 8 year old. When her parents died she came to live with us. Let me tell you... she was hairy! It was enough that people judged her for her mental status. I didn't want her to look like a freak show. And let me tell you, it wasn't for my benefit. I care about her and how she is treated. She was so much happier after she had the extra hair removed. She was a true bearded lady. I think you are doing the right thing addressing this now. She is going to be going into Kindergarten soon. Think of her and don't worry about what the others have said. Laser hair removal is probably the least painful and longest lasting. Good luck and God bless.

once you've darkish hair and mild epidermis, you're a proper candidate for laser hair elimination, it truly is everlasting and could no longer bring about prickly boom. it is extreme priced up the front, yet in case you consider the price of shaving or waxing, neither of that are everlasting, it is properly worth it.

That would be somewhat abuse, I would think. Shame on you. The 4 year old doesnt care about the hair, unfortunantly it has a self-centered Momma.

I think I'd leave the hair alone for now! Does she dislike it or does it only bother you?
