The points are based on how much you weigh. If you weighed like 175 lbs you would get something like 30pts. a day. Its not always enough to fill you up but you get used to it plus you get 30 flex points a week that you can use how you want and you can earn extra points by exercising.

Weight Watchers is great but if you are diabetic I would discuss with your doctor first.
