If you drink or eat anything too much it is bad for you. Energy drinks are not necessarily bad for you But they are most definitely not good for you.

If they have caffeine and sugars, I would drink in moderation. I know some school systems will no longer put them in soft drink machines. I prefer water and diet soft drinks.

Most aren't bad for you...some are better on your system than others. I think most are generally the same...just find one that works for you and/or enjoy the taste the most. Happy hunting.

well, i know that refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup are not the best thing and most energy drinks are mostly that...

Yes they are they are high in sugar(not good for kidneys, adrenal glands and can cause type II diabetes), caffiene(not good for adrenals) and Taurine ( too much makes you sick ).

yes, they have a lot of caffeine. one red bull has the same caffeine as eight cans of coca cola. and you CAN get addicted to caffeine.
