get on some online dictionary sites and they often have a pronunciation speaker. the other thing is to immerse yourself in the language, be around english speakers all of the time, and try to use it as often as you can, and don't be afraid to say something wrong!

Hi
Your English sounds pretty good.

You can further improve your English by increasing the array of words you use. The best way is the read English newspapers. If you have a good English daily in you city/country subscribe to it or find a library where you can read it. Or visit any of the British or American dailies' website (such as The Independent, The Guardian, The Times, New York Times, etc there are many).

When you see a word you dint know or are unsure of the correct meaning, note it down and refer the dictionary. (don't try to learn words from dictionary, it wont help you as much as reading newspapers will)

In newspaper, the daily news will not have high level of English. You must read the editorials and columns which have reviews about current business, sports, political and social affairs. This way you knowledge and understanding also grows along with your vocabulary.

for correct pronunciation, best is to buy a dictionary in CD for that has recorded pronunciations. On-line is not the best idea.

Impt: do not try to put on an American or British accent just for the sake of sounding cool. Only proper words and grammar will make your English better.

Do you mean the BEST?... And, wich kind of comm? Written, verbal,...? Verbal Communication: You have to pay attention to the Communication Formula. It contais an emission point who must have the intension to communicate a 'particle' - an object, a word or sentence, a letter, an idea, you name it; a reception point who pays attention to what is being communicated; there must be a distance - if this is not present, means one is communicating with oneself and this would be, thinking. More, for the communication to happen, the reception point must be able to duplicate and to understand the particle. I.e. if I tell you ''xin-fon-tun'', you can duplicate it but there is no communication coz you do not understand it; if I say: ''How are you?'' you not only duplicate it, understand it as well. There should be also an aknowledgement from the reception point so the emiting point would be certain that you got and understood his comm. This formula is contained in a basic Communication Course that trains one to handl the 18 most common problems in communication, based in the works of the late Mr L. Ron Hubbard. There are two more levels of Communication Courses; one for kids and another for specialists. There is also the possibility that you handle any past communication problems that may have affected you. This would make you free to talk to any person about ANYthing. This handling is regarding communication from to yourself, you to others, others to you, and others to others that you may have witnessed and you are not really aware that it is preventing you to freely communicate. This, with the Professional Training in communication Routines - Pro TRs, would be the best. They would expertise you in Communication in ANY circumstance. If you are looking for Human Relations and Effective Speaking skills you can do a 14 week, one day a week course in the most important cities or capitals of the world. Check the second part of my sources. Written communication: Mainly you would have to pay attention to the syntax. But I do not know what exactly you need to know.

Take some ESL (English as a Second Language) courses. Depending on where you live, you may find some literacy organizations that provide free assistance in this area. I worked in Raleigh, NC and all of the community colleges had a joint effort to teach anybody that wanted to learn how to read, write and enunciate, etc.

Try your local community college.

subscribe on a penpal website like http://www.mailfriends.com/, so you'll have penpal who will write to you in english, and you'll have to answer them.
you'll improve your writing and reading skills then.

whatch movies without subtitles, or wich english subtitles, then you'll improve your oral understanding.

but for the accent, and the speaking skills.... don't know how to improve that. I guess you'll have to go in england or in the usa to speak english and then improve that skill.
