nothing is more unattractive then a guy full of himself! a conceded person is ugly! don't let it get to your head. so you have a lot of ladies who like you, what does it matter, what will happen when that one you really like isn't interested because you're conceded and full of yourself. not to mention turned off by all the women you brag about.
