See a doctor, they are the best to diagnose this. It may or may not be ringworm.

my idea is that... it is a bald spot. pink in colour. about the size of a quarter. you could sharpie it in if you got black hair. or get some tattoo hair! or I bet if you covered it in lard and let a skwurl sit on your head your hair would come back again. its an old secret hair loss remedy. from the natives in antarctica. or you could superglue shag carpet on the bald spot.

Does it itch? Is it growing larger? It is probably ringworm, tinea capitis. Go to a dematologist (skin specialist).
