Generally animals who've just been spayed won't bleed at all. Oh, but their groggyness will probably reach heroic proportions. If there is bleeding, it'll be minor, and you shouldn't be alarmed if you see a small amount. But as with all situations involving medical procedures on humans and those 4 legged people as well, it's best to just watch your dog for a while, look for signs of discomfort, though immediately after spaying, there will be SOME discomfort, but not any major amount.
The best thing to do is to not worry, and just be aware. If she was spayed on the day that you pick her up, she will probably be sleepy so when you get her home just let her sleep, and take any advice that the vet offered. If the humane society in your area has a hotline or a question and answer line/website, make use of it, as either of those options will probably have direct answers to your questions.

No diaper thingy.
She won't be bleeding like when she was in heat. You will need to keep her comfortable today and tomorrow, don't let her move around a lot. She will have stitches that can rupture if she does move too much, not a big deal - you would just have to take her back and the will have to re-sew her. You can get pain pills for her -Rimadyl, she will only need them for a couple days and they will knock her out too.
After the second day she should be fine.

She won't be bleeding when you get her home. She will sleep the first day and not really be interested in eating. Do offer water to her. Ask the vet for a pain pill to bring home for the first day or two. Do not let her outside off lead for at least 2 weeks. She also should not be allowed to climb stairs.

No normally she will be fine. You will have to watch her and make sure she doesn't like the stitches, if she does you will have to get a cone. No she wont bleed or even go into heat. Dogs bounce back very quickly after this operation. Some dogs may be sleepy some will act like nothing happened.

No, after being spayed female dogs, and cats dont go into heat anymore. But all of the animals I have had were fine afterwards. If its big dog then they usualy recover faster, but if its a little dog, help them jump up onto beds, and couches, so that they wont hurt themselves. But you dog will probably be tired and sluggish for anywhere from 1-3 days, if it lasts longer than that, then dont worry unless she acts ill, or is in alot of pain, but this opperation is done alot and isnt seirious. Good luck, and i hope she is fine!

She should not be bleeding. She very well could be out of it till tomorrow. You won't need a diaper. You will need to watch her and make sure she does not lick the incision or chew the stiches. Kudo's to you for being responsible. When you pick her up take a list of what questions you have and insist on answers.

Any bleeding after the surgery should be reported to your vet right away, it is not normal. She will be groggy for a little while, but she'll be fine. When you return to pick her up, insist someone takes the time to answer your questions. That is what they're there for!

She shouldn't be bleeding at all. You just need to make sure that the wound stays clean. I'm sure the vet will have a list of post operative information for you.

She won't bleed anymore so you don't need to get her a diaper. Depending on how long after the surgery that you pick her up she may not be out of it or sleepy when you get her.

She shouldn't be bleeding at all but will be groggy for a day or 2.
Try to keep her as calm as possible (No Jumping) and watch her to make sure she isn't biting at the stitches, as they start to itch as the incision heals. I about a week my dog was back to normal
LOL
