eLearning design training?

Question

Can anyone tell me if there's a training that will show you the different eLearning softwares or is there an eLearning design certificate you can get? Any info would be appreciated. THX.

Many online programs that offer programs in Education have a Master's in Distance Learning or E Learning. One I can think of off the top of my head is National University (www.nu.edu).
