i would say all four beecause it has to be balanced.
for your mind to be going, you have to understand what you are up against which you discover and then you decide on your discovering whether to pass a vote and after that you decided to ask and be asked on certain issues that concern you or random people....

Answering. You must put a lot of thought into an answer to make it understandable and to fully express what you want to say. Some answers can be short and sweet but some are very important so you must give the right impression to everyone that reads it. I think it's also only fair to do all four.
