It is extremely unlikely that sulfites are a problem unless you are an asthmatic. Sulphites can affect fewer than 1 in a million asthmatics, which is why the warning is on the label. However higher levels of sulfites are present in fruit juices, dried fruits; in fact there is a huge range of food products that contain sulphites including eggs.
It is more likely that the problem is histamines that are present in some wines.
However, Frey Vineyards sell organic wines that they say contains no detectable sulfites -- see http://www.freywine.com/freywine/wine-list.html

It's actually impossible to find sulfite-free wines, it's a natural by-product to the fermentation process. There are wines with no added sulfites, usually they have the label "organic wine" already on them. Bonterrra Vineyards is popular domestically.
While it is improbable that you are allergic to sulfites, if you get stomach distress after drinking wine, and display similar symptoms after eating, you should speak with a doctor because you may be one of the few who are allergic to sulfites.
Otherwise, you may be allergic to another naturally occurring chemical group called amines (histamines and tyramines). People who are sensitive to these often display headaches.
Either way, I'm afraid wine may not be your thing. I would stay away from wine until you get a chance to speak with a doctor.

RE:
Does anyone have a recommendation for a brand of sulfite-free wine?
I get migraines and whenever I drink wine I get one, even if I drink very slowly.

Migraines are NOT from sulfites in wine.
Sulfites are also a naturally occurring ingredient in all wine.
If you insist you can buy Fetzer or Lolonis organics.

I worked in wine merchants for ten years and used to also get an almost instantaneous head ache from wines using sulfites (or so I beleived). Any organic wine should be OK, Fetzer from california used to be good in the dim and distant past - not sure if they are still organic or not. Most stores will have some organic wine.

Pontac, as usual, is spot on. There is no such thing as sulfite free wine, but some wines have more than others. Your migraines are very, very, very likely not a result of sulfites.

organic wines are generally sulfite free but your best bet is to go to a wine shop and ask the people selling the wine they should know best
sulfite free wines do exist sometimes you can find them in a local winery.
