Skip the smoothies...they have a ton of sugar in them. English muffins are not bad for you at all- especially the whole wheat ones. You could buy a bag and keep them at work. Also, if you eat a banana or an apple with them, then it will be even better!

The best healthy thing you can eat for breakfast is last night's supper. Surely you know anything you pick up on the run is not good or healthy. I am not a morning person either. The thought of food yucks me out. I am eating Lean Cuisine for breakfast. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and eat.

Bagels are usually pretty healthy if they dont have a ton of stuff in them.
Cereal bars are also good.
McD's yogurt parfaits.
Wendys Fruit cup.
"Extremely healthy" would be eating at home. You can only get "more healthy than anything else" at a drive up or gas station.

I eat a waffle, or egg whites and toast, or a fruit bowl, sometimes a blueberry muffin when I get my coffee at the drive thru

i usually get like a protein bar like powerbar or clif they are high in protein and fill you up until lunch they are very good for you to they also give tons of energy, drink a class of OJ with it.
