I'd put my money on Buddha. He lived a good life and died a good death. That's something really hard that no god can do. (Don't give me that Jesus crap - his entire existence was pre-ordained; could he have gone to the dark side? Darth-freakin-Jesus? I don't think so. He had it easy.)
How about Confucius? I bet he would be a real bad a** in a death match.

God and Allah would tie (since they are one and the same). Buddhists don't believe in God, necessarily, although that is a simplistic statement of their belief.
