If your question is "Can a casino gambler become rich?" or "Can a lottery gambler become rich?" the answer is yes. Yes, there are individuals who have hit a big payout and become rich.
HOWEVER, and I should stress this, HOWEVER, if you are trying to make a job of it, winning a bit here and losing a bit there, you are, mathematically, going to lose in the long run. This is because the casinos and lotteries are designed to earn themselves money. There are various schemes for making the odds better at casinos, but they usually involve counting cards. Counting cards in certain games is worthwhile, but it takes time. In the time you need to count the cards, the casinos will toss you out.
So, for your average, or even above average guy, gambling at casinos and lotteries is a losing proposition. Play it for fun, setting a strict limit on how much you are willing to play. It is not a steady income.

Both can be rich. Except Casino has better luck and you need to win alot more often. Cation of the addictive powers of casino games after you win in blackjack and score 5000 dollars. It ll make you do it again... and maybe not get so lucky.
Lottery 1 out of at least a mil of winning and also you only need to win once.

You may get lucky a time or to and win big, but in the long run, the odds will always be in the casino's favor and therefore, the casino will always win. How do you think these places stay in business?

If you're good in the casino you can make quite a bit. With the lottery you're pretty much just pissing money away.

You want to be rich? Don't gamble. The casino owner gets rich, not you. Hard work, saving part of every paycheck, spending less than you earn, investing wisely--those are how almost anyone can get rich. And when you get rich this way, you won't squander it, because you know how hard you worked to get there!
