Ms. kitty, freddie, and spooky (he's a scared black cat) are the names of the cats at my house. We had a horrible time trying to name Ms. kitty. She is a small cat that is half white and half grey. We tried names like patches and all those other cute little names. I'm not in love with Ms kitty either. So I completely understand your dilemma for naming kittens. It's not easy.
The neighbor wanted to name her precious- I was almost physically ill upon hearing that word.

just got one too, and decided t call it "striker" as it is always striking out at things, dashing around catchng imaginary mice.

perhaps the best way to name your kitten is to watch the things it does, sometimes that will give you an idea for a name, in relation to how it behaves.

as a suggestion here is a name:Lenny (as in Lenny the Lion)

Isis - if it's a girl

pronunciation is eye-sis

Isis is a goddess in the Egyptian belief. She was most prominent mythologically as the wife of Osiris and mother of Horus, and was worshipped as the archetypical wife and mother.

Her name literally means (female) of throne, i.e. Queen of the throne, and the emblem worn on her head was that of a throne. However, the hieroglyph for her name used originally meant (female) of flesh, i.e. mortal, and she may simply have represented deified, real, queens.

Name them after TS Elliot's Old Possum's Book of Cats. The same cats are used in the musical Cats. You know, Skimbleshanks, Macavity, Rumpleteazer etc.

Bert, Ernie, Jasper, Casper, Florie, Miffy, Mimi, Coco, Munchkin, Boo Boo, Max, Tabs, Lucky (!) - it totally depends on what colour, sex and personality they are. Personally I would go with Nigel for a boy or Minky for a girl.
