My black lab sometimes barks so much that she begins foaming at the mouth. Is this normal? She's had her rabies vaccination and a recent vet visit, but this aggressiveness worries me.

You need to get her in obedience classes for aggressive dogs. The foaming is just saliva getting worked up.

Just foam around the mouth doesn't indicate aggressiveness. Now, the uncontrollable barking, that may be aggressiveness or it may be overexcitement, or both. It depends on the rest of the dog's behaviors.

Foam around the mouth is just drool. I have a very drooly coonhound and when we go out for walks he sometimes gets a little foamy around the mouth from doing so much sniffing and panting.

It's the barking that's the problem, not the foam.

My dog does that too something when it's hot outside and she's excited to go on a walk. It's normal but if it concerns you that much, make another appt with the vet to see if they have any suggestions.
