I know, I know, dumb question. They simply rob, rape, and kill the ones they catch crossing the border from Guatemala.

Some are beaten, robbed, raped, murdered. Those that survive are imprisoned, and THEN deported.

That robb poster below is kinda funny.... she accuses you of not knowing a thing about the topic, then turns around and writes: "I am not sure if the mexican's internationals law is based on the reciprocity system"

Sounds like she doesn't have a clue either! LOL!

i heard an npr report on the radio and they do deport some, but they said there is a lot of exploitation (people taking money from those crossing into mexico etc.) And yes, probably rape. People without any power are very vulnerable. Anywhere.

No no no you don't know a thing. Most Internationals Law are based on a rule called reciprocity. So if USA deport mexicans by the reciprocity rule of the International Law, Mexico can deport americans too.
I am not sure if the mexican's internationals law is based on the reciprocity system like most international's law of south american country because Mexico isn't in South America but it doesn't mean they didn't adopt this system to base their International law too. So, you don't know a thing as you can see.

They rape and rob them, if they don't kill them they deport them. They recently deported 250,000 illegals. It is a felony in Mexico to be illegal, you can go to prison for it.

American drug dealers and murderers if they have not committed a crime while in Mexico are returned to you. If they have committed a crime in Mexico they are tried and sentenced and if they are important enough (senator's sons) they are returned to serve their sentence in USA, other wise serve sentence in Mexico and then deported.

No, they put them in prison. No joke. Then again, who would want to live in Mexico, anyway?

No if and buts with them-you pay for the crime in ways you will never forget.
