Where can I find a free Disk Partition Manager that will leave all my data intact?

I need a Disk Partition Manager to join two partitions together without damaging any of the data within one of them as it is my boot partition and I don't want to reinstall.

I have checked Downloads.com but all I find are demos that don't actually apply any changes to the partitions unless you buy them.

Can anyone advise please?

I do not wish to purchase software for this cause as I will only use it once.
