Yes it does. Stop dwelling on the negatives. The best way to do that is to do something positive with your free time. Like, visit a childrens hospital or volunteer and see others that are less fortunate than yourself and help them in some way. Helping others always turns a negative into a positive. Avoid negative people, too. And it might do you some good to see a counselor.

Just keep in mind that you have a choice to either think negatively about something or to look at the positive side of things no matter how bad it is. Everything is a learning experience and the more you look at the up side the less anxious you'll get in the future. And yes, you can bet it happens to just about anyone you cross.

Ok, please... there is no reason to think this is depression and there is even less reason to start taking useless pills.
If you start thinking negatively, then stop, tell yourself that you've set a special time to be anxious about your problems (i.e. an hour every day) and continue. Basically, think positively, don't avoid problems, but see the solutions.
Good luck!

Start thinking positively and stop becoming anxious. If that doesn't work try Xanax. I'm certain it doe's happen to others just not me.

Hats off to you. My mother (God love her) is the most negative person I have ever met. She drives everyone crazy with it! But, she doesn't think it is a problem. Since you realize it you'll be able to stop it. You might need a little assistance with it but you will conquer it. Good luck!

Yes, this happens to me too. I just try to shake it off. But I think it's pretty much normal.

Yeah my brother is that way. We just talk to him and boost him up. (by we I mean my family, his girlfriend, and our friends)
Just try to do stuff to occupy urself. Don't do something that gets you down. Be around ppl. that will bring u up. Try some new things.
