I make samosa & freeze them so i can fry them when i needed.i like to fry samosas directly from freezer. cos it's so crispier...than freshly made samosas... tell me what you all do or like to do....

Don't defrost. Fry them straight.

Its better to naturally defrost them first, otherwise I find there is a lot more water in it, if it is fried directly from the freezer, due to the ice. Just take them out an hour or two before you fry and see if there is any difference.

you can do it directly from freezer if you want to
