It sounds like this guy does like you and perhaps he does act all weird in front of his friends because he is shy, or simply playing the macho guy approch with his mates. A lot of guys do change their attitude around their friends.
However, iI would be a little cautious if he does have a girlfriend, unless he has reason not to be happy with his girlfriend, I would ask is he trust worthy? How would you feel if you were his girl and he was eyeing up someone else?
Take it as it comes, have fun around him! And, if he doesn't have a girlfriend, then flirt like crazy and have a good time, life's too short!

No...a guy can't be that "shy," but a guy can be that "slick." He's giving you signals to see if you will lower yourself to mess around with him knowing that he is in a relationship. If he knows that you know he has a girl, whenever you start seeing him, it will be already be understood that you are NOT the gf. So if that's okay with you - go for it. If that's not okay and you think you would want to be his girl, trust and believe that he will give some other chick "signals" while he's with you. You already see what he is about. Why waste your time?

geez he has a girlfriend and he flirts with you...try putting ur self in his girlfriend's shoes... you wudn't like it either rite? well, go check again see whether he still is attached and if he is then he isn't someone you should mess around with unless ur willing to face anything consequences that come ur way. On the other hand if he's now single, go up to the guy and initiate the "hi" . You could be rite that he's a major shy dude. I'm sure after once he's warmed up...soon he'll be all over.

I'm not sure about being shy, sounds more like a player. If he has a girlfriend and is still giving you signals, then I would be careful... If he could do that now, then he could do it to you later. Don't wait around for him to become available or to approach you, its bad enough he can't show his intentions when he his around his friends and that he has a girlfriend! Seems like he wants you to be his little secret! If he left his girlfriend he has no reason to be weird around you.

If he is giving you signals is because he is testing the waters. If he acts weird around his friends is definitely because he fears his current girlfriend will find out. You can do 2 things, either ignore his signals completely, or confront him about it; ask him : Wa the F*&^% is your problem????
Now if you really like this guy, I suggest you may want to stop liking him, once he cheats once he will always cheat.

Yeah, they can be that shy. But careful how you approach him because if you come on too strong you will scare him. Trust me I know. Damed if you do, damed if you don't. Find a gentle loving way to tell him you want him, but you want to know where you stand. Maybe a nice card... Remember time waits for no one.

Listen girl it sounds like you like him or at least hoping. A guy can love his girl and still flirt with a cutie which you must be. If you give it up he will surely take it hoping you keep it quiet. I know i would.
