Hey i am mumbaikar and proud to be in Mumbai.
I think its the gruesome act to kill civilian by the act of terror.
I was at my home when i saw in news about the seven bombing happen.
I think they are choosing Mumbai becoz of following reasons:
1. Financial capital on India.
2. Least security in Mumbai Local.
3. Over that locals are heavily crowded during evening time. So dead toll would be definately more then blasting it some where else.
4. its would even keep mumbaikar worried for more time becoz 85% mumbaikar travel by Mumbai locals.
that enough for bombing Mumbai.

The types of devastations that Mumbai witnessed on 7/11/2006 is just one of the thousands of incidents India has gone through. Though staying in the US we get to see and hear only what the media portrays and as mentioned in http://ia.rediff.com/news/2006/jul/12nri.htm?q=tp&file=.htm , not much we can do about it sitting here; one thing that I have decided is to stop spending any of my money at any Pakistani restaurant/store which would potentially aid the ruthless acts. May be my I am very critical in my comments and I am not sure how helpful my resolution would be for the cause I have in mind; but I shall certainly not be the NRI who thinks "There is nothing I can do, and it hurts"

Well, terrorism does not have any religion. Not just in India but all over the world. What happened in Mumbai is the act of the few individuals who are off the track and try to spread havoc in society!

Well the problem with India is...India wants to be good...
Those who put blast in Mumbai were arrested in kathmandu and are pakistanis....so the idea is be good with your neighbouring countries and they will teach u a lesson...
What the hell BSF is doing at bangladesh Border...all the poor bagladeshis are coming to india,...increasing population of our country, unemployement, cheap labour.
Why our Border is open with Nepal....Pakistan is now using this for free entry in India....
Stop helping your neighbour Mother India...else we have to pay a lot

it hapen bcoz our UPA govt is Inviting Terrorist from Pakistan by openinig Road and Rail links .............. i would personly close all relation n liinks with pakistan if i would be a PM....
