I am from PA too and I am tired of the rain - what happened to sun and fun in the summer time???

I'm from northwest P.a. and its raining here too.,but not all the time.They're seeding the clouds so it will rain on you.It's your turn.I grew up in bucks county -are you near there?Or are you in philly or delaware county?
