1. I don't want to hesitate any longer and build all these emotions I just have to tell you that......I Love You!!!
2. I know like this may look like a regular relationship, but I don't feel regular because I love you.
3. It seems that I have said too much but I actually haven't said what I've been wanting to say the most. I truly love you.
4. I can't wait, no it can't wait. I just love you.
5. Would this be a good time for me to let you know how much I love you?

Don't aim for polite .. ! You want to blow her mind ! To take her breath away and make her weak at the knees !
Try this. I did:
I used to write little love poems and I would scatter them liberally on cards and letters - one Valentines I was trying to think of somethng new and creative. One night I had it: my girl loved Baci chocolates, they're a little Italian chocky, each individually wrapped in foil, and inside the foil is this piece of paper with famous 'love' quotes from all sorts of people & writers, in 5 different languages !
My brilliant idea was to get a box of these Baci chocolates, carefully unwrap them, remove the original poetry and substitute my own 'lines' (some new, some from previous cards etc). But to make it 'authentic' I had them translated into all the other languages and printed identically on exactly the same kind of paper at a huge cost... Then I carefully rewrapped each chocky... and boxed them up again. It was perfect.
I thought it would be great... I thought it was foolproof... I thought...
wrong !
My girl opens up the first chocolate, pops it into her mouth, looks quizically at the poem, and rips open another... has a look at that one too... I'm silent in the corner, waiting with baited breath. It's not until she has opened the fourth or fifth that she wheels on me and calls me a liar and cheat and all this other stuff !!! She accused me of 'stealing' my lines from Baci ! My deception was too perfect and I was so shocked I was just there like a goldfish... opening and closing my mouth but nothing was coming out... and I just could not think of where to start... she yelled more... and I left...
So... That was my great idea for a groovy way to say I love you !!
I still think it was a cool idea... and yes, even years later the story still gets my girl (now wife) misty eyed... so I guess it worked in long & convoluted way !
So don't just aim for 'polite'. Sounds like she's worth more to you than just politeness...

There is nothing impolite in the phrase. At all.
On the other hand... if you want an _imaginative_ way to say it... Hm. Check the play Cyrano de Bergerac, there are some of the best words to convey the feeling there, especially in the letters to Roxanne and the balcony scene. I shiver when I read them on paper, and I cannot imagine what I would feel if somebody _talked_ to _me_ honestly that way.

1. Throw a towel into the dryer just before she gets out of the shower and have it ready for her.
2. Pick up your trail of clothes. She does not need to follow your socks and underwear to try to find you.
3. Take a shower before going to bed. Your natural scent may not be that appetizing :)
4. Do something without even being asked.
5. Give her love coupons "Free Foot Rub" "Free trip to Grocery Store" "Free whatever"
Ever actually think of saying "I love you" for no reason? That's the best.

There are 1000 ways (and probably more) to say "I love you", and they all are of course polite. What is the point of it otherwise?
Instead of giving you actual samples, I would advise you to think very carefully, then choose the time and place wisely, and just say what you have to say, in your own words, straight forward and honest, and without any show effects or gimmicks.

anyone can say they love you , but you have to show how much you care , doing little thing means more , try cooking a favorite meal , running a scented bath with candles , but her some flowers , or a small present that made you think of her , any of those would make any girl feel special.
