Oh, they're Jantje-jokes, we have those too.
Ehm.. okay, this one I like. You have to know that tor is the Dutch word for beetle for this one.
The teacher asks the children to name a beetle and name what they eat.
Kareltje says:" A leave-beetle, and it eats leaves."
"Very good, Marije?"
Marije says: "A twig-beetle, it eats twigs!"
"that's true. Jantje?"
"A vibrator"
"Ehm... and what does that eat then?"
"Well, my sister claims it eats batteries like nothing else."
