The Law.
You can call it any name you want, that's just the name I came up with. The Law is existence itself, all Up and Down. All Left and Right. All Good and Evil. It is the fabric of existence and the possibility of possibilities.
I hate to quote movies because they are so often skewed but "The Craft" did have one saving quality. When they describe The Law (Mahnoh) they say something to the effect of:
"If God and the Devil were playing a game of football, Mahnoh would be the air they breathed, the grass under their feet, the sun shining down on them..."
And that's The Law.
I worshipped at the Altar of The Law for eight years, flinging my energy and prayers into emptiness. And only after eight years did I come to the understanding that The Law cannot be worshipped by Men. It is too vast, to unspecific. It exists, but is mute and indifferent to the prayers of Men. It's Will is absolute. And that is why the gods exist at all...to form a bridge between this vast power and us.
The Law is so huge that all of physical reality is simply one of the many manifestations it has taken. It is systematically running through every possibility, exhausting every possible outcome.
Does it have a consciousness? Does it have a plan? There is no way to answer these questions. All I know is that the gods recieve some form of insight from It that human beings are not built to interpret.
Hope that answered your question.

This question only makes sense if you have been taught about a God that expects you to worship Him.
This idea is foolishness. Worship is a dream of an insecure ego.
God has no ego that would want or need worship, nor does God have anything to be insecure about.
Perhaps First we need to determine which God we are talking about here. Are you referring to the real God, the unconditionally loving God who we are all a part of? This is the one Jesus was talking about when he said the kingdom of God is within you. The one who is our dearest friend and closest companion.
Or are we talking about the angry little judgmental God that lives on some far off cloud called heaven. The one who seems to be more concerned with our errors than he is with our successes? You know the egocentric needy little God that always wants people to worship him. The one who is always unavailable because he is only a fantasy? You need to specify if you want a real answer

In fact, you should.
god's of this world used to worship the Creator God, Yehweh. But they rebel and was cast down here. Soon these gods will be captured and be thrown into the fire pit. During that time, they will still need to worship the one and ture living God.

God worships the fools who worship him....it's a mutual admiration society and it's totally based on fiction.
I've changed my mind God worships himself natch! ....arrogant, vain, all powerful, demanding, bad tempered, tyrannical, one peeved deity if ever there was one.
