I'm down to 204 pounds and I'm a 6' male. 80 pounds slimmer, but I still have a big gut. Are there any suggestions on how to improve this?

I see other people who are about my weight and they don't have a lot of fat in the mid-section. I've used multiple scales to verify my weight. Any help or suggestions please???

You can't loose fat in one specific area, and the stomach area is the hardest part to get toned. Just exercise and do some sit-ups so that your stomach gets that tight look. The fat on your stomach won't leave until you're under approx. 12% of body fat.

It prolly just loose skin. Give it a year before you consult a plastic surgeon. That is the minimum time that it takes to do its "natural" shrinking. After a 110 lb weight loss, at the 6 month mark, things finally started tightening up a bit for me.

My fiance' had similar weight loss.

Are you sure it is fat and not loose skin? If it is skin, your only option is surgery, which many insurances will cover with dramatic weight loss, especially if it is causing you discomfort...
(wink, wink)...
